Host Network definition

Host Network means, where the Company is an EDNO, the network of the Host DNO;
Host Network means the NWIS network to which the Pluto facility is connected; and
Host Network means the electricity distribution network within the Site operated by the relevant DNO to which the Energy Centres are connected by way of the Inter-connectors;

Examples of Host Network in a sentence

  • These include, but are not limited to, the following:  Tape backup devices & software,  Non-Dell|EMC disk enclosures,  Any Non-Dell hardware and software,  NAS hardware other than Dell PowerVault™,  Applications such as Visual SRM™, Exchange™, SQL™, Oracle®, and back office applications, and  Host Network Operating Systems (“NOS”s) and updates, patches, or Service Packs.

  • The Customer and its employees and agents shall use the Services in compliance with all applicable licenses, contracts, laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations, and shall not attempt to access or use the Services or Host Network in any unauthorized or improper manner.

  • For this purpose, “Use Agreement” – agreement regarding use of the Host Network.

  • The Term of this Agreement shall commence five (5) days after the “Effective Date” or the day the Customer connects to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley Host Network, whichever is first, and shall continue thereafter for the Term specified in the Service Table of the sales order, unless terminated by either party as permitted by this Agreement.

  • In connection with the Hosted Services, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ will use commercially reasonable efforts to conduct maintenance which may require Services or Host Network "down time" outside of regular business hours.

  • All servers have the following high availability measures: • Host Network Ports - Each host has dual connections to the core network thus protecting against port failure.

  • The Customer and its employees and agents shall not attempt to circumvent any ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ technical security or licensing restriction on the Software, Services or any network used by ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ to host Software and data ("Host Network").

  • In connection with the Hosted Services, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ will use commercially reasonable efforts to conduct maintenance which may require Services or Host Network “down time” outside of regular business hours.
