Host Location definition

Host Location is the location where the Hosted Solution is located, from which Hosting Services are delivered by TLC to the Library.
Host Location means the geographic locations defined as eligible host locations in the Scholarship Program Guide.

Examples of Host Location in a sentence

  • D.3.1 We will pay You a $2,500 Establishment Allowance once You have arrived in the Primary Host Location.

  • D.1.7 We may offer to arrange additional services for You, including via the Service Provider Case Manager, to assist You on Your arrival and establishment in the Host Location (such as airport transfers and temporary accommodation).

  • B.4.1 You may, during the course of Your Scholarship Program, travel within the Host Location for a period of up to 5 continuous days in duration.

  • We will not pay these travel expenses earlier than four weeks in advance of Your departure date from the Host Location.

  • Grantor will promptly notify Collateral Agent of any change in the Host or Host Location.

  • If the Library cannot perform its data processing at the Host Location because of network conditions beyond the Library’s control, the affected licenses will be temporarily extended to permit the Library to use the licensed program material at another location.

  • Grantor will not permit any of the Mining Collateral to be removed from the Host Location without Collateral Agent’s prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld, and will permit Collateral Agent to inspect the Mining Collateral at any reasonable time upon reasonable advance notice.

  • During operation of the Hosted Solution under normal business conditions during hours of operations of Library in which the activities of users are not scripted to create pre-defined transaction mixes for purposes of stress-testing licensed software or the response-time performance or capacity of the licensed software, the Hosted Solution shall perform transactions with average response times of ≤2 seconds as measured at workstations connected to the Hosted Solution server at the Host Location.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.
