Host Fees means the fee that the Company charges a Host for the use of the Services, which is calculated as a percentage of the applicable Accommodation Fees. The Host Fees will be displayed to the Host in invoice and payment voucher that will be issued according to the Company’s payout schedule every Tuesdays and Fridays.

Examples of Host Fees in a sentence

  • Host Fees shall be paid to the Commission on or before the 20th day of the following month for which they are due.

  • On and after the first day of the month following the execution of this Second Amendment throughout the term of the Agreement, the Contractor shall pay the Commission a per ton host fee (the “Host Fee”) for all Solid Waste disposed of at the Landfill in a fixed- percentage amount equal to five and one-half percent (5.5%) of the tipping fees received by Contractor, provided, that the aggregate amount of each monthly payment to the Commission for Host Fees shall not be less than $10,560.00.

  • The Company during the term of this Agreement shall pay the County Host Fees and the City Host Fees based on the tonnage of Acceptable Solid Waste disposed of at the Landfill, as more specifically provided in Section 5 hereof.

  • Within ninety (90) days of receiving unappealable and final zoning approvals to construct and operate the Landfill on the property, including all necessary conditional use permits, Green Ridge will prepay to the County $150,000.00 in Host Fees.

  • The payment of the County Host Fees shall be made by the Company before the last day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter, with respect to all Solid Waste received at the Landfill during the preceding calendar quarter for which the Host Fees are payable pursuant to the provisions of this Section 5.

  • One year following the payment of the said $150,000 prepayment, Green Ridge shall prepay an additional $250,000 in Host Fees.

  • Subject to the terms of Section 6 with respect to the payment of Tipping Fees for County Waste, and subject to the payment of Host Fees as provided in Section 5 hereof, the Company shall have the sole right to establish, charge, collect and retain any and all fees and charges at the Facility, including but not limited to any and all Tipping Fees for the handling, processing, and/or disposal of all Solid Waste received at the Facility.

  • These prepayments shall be credited against, and thereby shall reduce, the Host Fees (including the minimum host fee of $400,000) that are due and payable after Operation of the Landfill commences.

  • The Company agrees to maintain sufficient records to demonstrate compliance with all Permits for construction and operation of the Facility, and compliance with the terms of this Agreement related to the operation of the Facility and payment of the Host Fees including the volume and tonnage of Solid Waste received at the Landfill.

  • Such increase in the Host Fees by the CPI adjustment shall be capped on an annual basis at an amount no more than two percent (2%) above the previous amount of the Host Fee.

Related to Host Fees

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.
