Hospital Segment definition

Hospital Segment means the segment for rapid, point-of-care testing of Whole Blood or Oral Fluid samples for HIV-1 and HIV-2 solely in the Territory by Hospitals located in the Territory; provided that the Hospital Segment shall not include any Hospitals included in the U.S. Government Hospital Segment.
Hospital Segment means the non-federal hospital setting outside of Emergency Medicine.
