Hospital data definition

Hospital data means any claims for inpatient, outpatient, or ambulatory surgical services or other services normally submitted to the third-party payer on form UB-92 or successor forms.
Hospital data means all information generated by Hospital, which is transmitted to HMS Direct from time to time in electronic form pursuant to this Agreement, including all such information that is processed utilizing the Application Services.
