hose means any flexible or moveable tube for conducting water and includes a sprinkler, soaker or distributing device whether heldby hand or not. "Uncontrolled Catchment Area" means an area to which the public and domestic animals are not prohibited from entry and from which waters are drawn or likely to be drawn for public consumption. "Wet Riser Main" means a vertical water main installed in a multi- storey building which outlets on each floor to which the fire brigade can connect hose for fire fighting purposes and connected to a water supply. "Water Supply Area" means a water supply area constituted under Part XXIII of the Local Government Act 1974.
