Horizontal Property Act definition

Horizontal Property Act means the Horizontal Property Act of the State of Tennessee being Chapter 124 of the Public Acts of 1963, and being Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, et seq., of the Tennessee Code Annotated, as same may hereafter be amended.
Horizontal Property Act or "Act" means the Horizontal Property Act of the District of Columbia, Section
Horizontal Property Act means the Horizontal Property Act of the State of Tennessee being Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 66-27-101, et seq.
