HONOR Themes means the Themes provided by HONOR for End Users to browse, download, and use Content (as defined below). HONOR Themes is displayed in multiple forms, including but not limited to (1) computer websites, (2) applications on mobile phones, watches, and tablets, and (3) vehicle-mounted applications.

Examples of HONOR Themes in a sentence

  • The Developer may upload or update the Content on the HONOR Themes Services Platform and authorize HONOR on behalf of the Developer to display the Content to End Users for viewing, downloading and/or purchasing through HONOR Themes and other H ONOR Platforms.

  • If the Developer violates any of the foregoing clauses, HONOR has the right to delete Content based on its judgment, remove the Content from HONOR Themes, terminate the promotion and operation of the Content on the HONOR Platform, or terminate the Agreement.

  • All Contents provided by the Developer through the HONOR Themes must be submitted to HONOR for review and can only be released after approval.

  • In addition, HONOR reserves the right to temporarily adjust the Prices of Content to respond to risks relating to the End User experience and the stable operation of HONOR Themes, and restore such Prices once the risks are eliminated.

  • Developer should undertake NOT to interfere with or compete against any part or function of the HONOR Themes Services Platform.
