HONI Terms definition

HONI Terms designates property forming part of an electricity transmission or distribution corridor. The use of such lands may be subject to approvals pursuant to the provincial secondary land use program jointly administered by Infrastructure Ontario and Hydro One Networks Inc. and is also subject to the terms and conditions of a Standard Agreement comprising a grant of an easement or licence, by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Ontario Infrastructure Lands Corporation to the City, to construct, use and maintain infrastructure within lands forming part of an electricity transmission or distribution corridor or to make temporary use of such lands for the purpose stipulated in the grant of easement or licence;
