homosexual act means any bodily contact, actively undertaken or passively permitted, between a Service member and another person of the same sex for the purpose of satisfying sexual desires and any bodily contact (for example, hand-holding or kissing, in most circumstances) that a reasonable person would understand to demonstrate a propensity or intent to engage in such an act.
homosexual act means buggery with another man, an act of gross indecency with another man or the act of being a party to the commission by a man of such an act.

  • Sexual act means conduct between persons consisting of contact between the penis and the vulva, the penis and the anus, the mouth and the penis, the mouth and the vulva, or any intrusion, however slight, by any part of a person’s body or object into the genital or anal opening of another.
