Homogenous Area definition
Homogenous Area means an area of surfacing material, thermal system insulation material, or a miscellaneous material that is uniform in color or texture. Unless approved otherwise by the Agency, rubble piles, debris piles, ash, soil, and similar materials are not homogeneous areas.
Homogenous Area means an area (e.g., room or corridor) in which the ACBM, (i) in the case of floor covering material, is uniform in terms of appearance (e.g., dimension, color and pattern) and (ii) in the case of all other ACBM, is uniform in terms of its constituents as determined by bulk sample analysis by an Accredited Laboratory.
