Odessa Trunk Water Works definition
Odessa Trunk Water Works means the transmission water mains, water booster pumping station, drain chambers, diversion chambers and appurtenances constructed by the municipality and approved in Ministry of the Environment and Energy Certificate of Approval Water #7-0006-96-006, dated February 21, 1996, the location of which is more particularly described in Schedule “D” to this by-law;
