HomeScout definition
HomeScout means a Web-based service provided by iOwn consisting of a database of real estate for sale which can be searched in response to user queries, and which displays a summary results page ("Results Page"), in response to such queries, which contains a summary if the relevant real estate listings promoted within HomeScout, and which also contains Links to the Web Sites of real estate professionals hosting the listed property (the "Listings Detail Page"). iOwn may modify the HomeScout service at any time in its sole discretion.
