Homeowners Documents definition
Homeowners Documents means shall mean in the aggregate this Declaration, the Articles, and the By-LawsBylaws of the Association, and the “Rules and Regulations” ( as such term is hereinafter defined), as such documents may be amended from time to time; as well as the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for The Oaks, the Articles of Incorporation for The Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc. ("Property Owners Association" or "POA"), the By-LawsBylaws of the Property Owners Association and all of the instruments and documents referred to herein and executed in connection with the General Plan of Development. The Homeowners Documents are binding on each Owner (as such term is hereinafter defined).
Homeowners Documents means in the aggregate this Declaration, the Articles, and the By-Laws of the Association; as well as all of the instruments and documents referred to herein and executed in connection with The Island Club (defined herein).
