Home Setting definition
Home Setting means a setting where a patient lives – including a home, assisted living or another setting where a person lives – but excluding a Facility.
Home Setting means the Participant’s primary place of residence or the residence where Participant is receiving Home Medical Equipment services.

Home Setting Fee: Either Owner or TRS shall pay to Manager a fee equal to $2,000 per manufactured house “set” on a pad or site at the Project after the date hereof during the term of this Agreement, provided the same is otherwise in compliance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Setting Fee”).
