Home Passed definition

Home Passed means a Home which can be connected by a single drop line from an Active Plant.
Home Passed means Residential Premises for which Wireline connectivity has been deployed up to the Distribution Point of each floor (for a Building containing two or more Residential Premises) or to the gatepost, where applicable, or if not, to the nearest manhole (for a Building containing one Residential Premise);
Home Passed or “HP” means a Premise for which Fiberklaar has the capability to connect it to the Network, in a service area, without further distribution or feeder line construction, which will include with respect to an MDU the construction of vertical cabling up to the floor box. For the avoidance of doubt, in case of MDUs where the façade deployment to the MDUs is not convenient, the term "Home Passed" comprises as the case may be the Drop Cable into the basement for smaller MDUs and the vertical cabling up to the floor box for large MDUs;

More Definitions of Home Passed

Home Passed means any residential home, multi-dwelling unit, or business which is passed by the fiber or able to receive service by the installation of a fiber drop and associated equipment. Multi-Dwelling Units shall count each apartment or living unit as a separate Home Passed. No home will be counted as a Home Passed that cannot actually be served by the Network.
Home Passed means a dwelling unit, including each separate unit within an apartment building, passed by an operational portion of a Cable System operated and maintained by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

  • Adult care home means any nursing facility, nursing facility for

  • Remanufactured means factory rebuilt to original specifications.

  • Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.

  • Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.

  • Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.

  • Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".
