Home Passed means Residential Premises for which Wireline connectivity has been deployed up to the Distribution Point of each floor (for a Building containing two or more Residential Premises) or to the gatepost, where applicable, or if not, to the nearest manhole (for a Building containing one Residential Premise);

Home Passed or “HP” means a Premise for which Fiberklaar has the capability to connect it to the Network, in a service area, without further distribution or feeder line construction, which will include with respect to an MDU the construction of vertical cabling up to the floor box. For the avoidance of doubt, in case of MDUs where the façade deployment to the MDUs is not convenient, the term "Home Passed" comprises as the case may be the Drop Cable into the basement for smaller MDUs and the vertical cabling up to the floor box for large MDUs;

Examples of Home Passed in a sentence

• Each residential unit in a multiple dwelling unit shall be counted as one Upgraded Home Passed.

• Company shall hold harmless and indemnify Operator for any costs and expenses resulting from damage and (repair) costs to the Network Termination Unit in the Home Passed incurred by Operator and which are caused by Company or a third party acting on behalf of Company.

• Pursuant to the Warrant Purchase Agreement and the HSAC Warrant issued thereunder, HSAC will grant to Road Runner the right, during the Term, to purchase one (1) share of HSAC common stock (a "Warrant Share") for each Home Passed within a Designated System on the date HSAC and Road Runner enter into a Subcontract Agreement for such Designated System.

• HSAC agrees to commit advertising funds in an amount not less than $1.50 per Home Passed in connection in the initial Launch Date, and at least $.25/Home Passed annually in such System thereafter.

• This Section is included as explanation of the Company and Supplier cost reduction commitments, and should not be viewed as further reductions to the price modifications as defined in Article XI (Price Modification to Achieve Model Price Per Home Passed) of this Supply Agreement.

More Definitions of Home Passed

Home Passed means any residential home, multi-dwelling unit, or business which is passed by the fiber or able to receive service by the installation of a fiber drop and associated equipment. Multi-Dwelling Units shall count each apartment or living unit as a separate Home Passed. No home will be counted as a Home Passed that cannot actually be served by the Network.

Home Passed means any Access Point in the Footprint that is eligible to be connected to the FTTx Network through the installation of a Drop Cable and an FTU.
