Home Modifications definition

Home Modifications means changes made to adapt living spaces to meet the needs of people with physical limitations so that they can continue to live independently and safely.
Home Modifications means modifications made to homes that are necessary to facilitate the ability of older individuals and persons with disabilities to continue aging in place within the home.
Home Modifications means physical adaptations to the individual’s home that help to ensure the health and welfare of the individual or that improve the individual’s ability to perform ADLs, IADLs, or both.

  • The cost of one-time services such as Minor Home Modifications, short-term services or short-term increases in services must be counted as part of the total cost of HCBS for a full twelve (12) month period following the date of service delivery.

Home Modifications. Physical adaptations to the home environment such as ramps, lifts, widened doorways, accessible bathrooms. Repair of home structure or replacement of items damaged by the eligible family member due to aggressive behavior, not normal wear and tear.
Home Modifications means equipment and/or adaptations to an individual’s residence to enable the individual to remain in his/her home or place of residence, and ensure safety, security, and accessibility.

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.
