Home Group definition

Home Group means a group of Resorts under common ownership, control or contractual arrangement with a Home Resort or a group of Resorts which RCI has determined qualifies as a Home Group.

  • In order to be effective, Bank’s notice of termination must be delivered to Company within [***] after Bank’s receipt of At Home Group Inc.’s financial statements pursuant to Section 7.4(a) or At Home Group Inc.’s filing of its periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as applicable, in each case establishing the requisite failure.
