Home Completion Date definition

Home Completion Date means, for any Home to be constructed in the Project and financed under the Master Line, one hundred eighty (180) days (or such other time period as may be permitted by Agent in its reasonable discretion) from Home Eligibility Date relating to such Home; provided, however, such date may be extended at Agent's sole discretion for conditions beyond the control of Borrower, including, without limitation, as a result of a Force Majeure Event (but no such extension as a result of one (1) or more Force Majeure Event(s) shall extend such date in the aggregate more than ninety (90) days, but in no event beyond the Home Initial Due Date for said Home).
Home Completion Date means, for any Home to be financed hereunder, two hundred seventy (270) days (or such other time period as may be permitted by Lender in its reasonable discretion) from the date of the Initial Advance relating to such Home; provided, however, such date may be extended upon written notice by Borrower to Lender for conditions beyond the control of Borrower, including, without limitation, as a result of a Force Majeure Event (but no such extension as a result of one (1) or more Force Majeure Event(s) shall extend such date in the aggregate more than three hundred sixty (360) days, but in no event beyond the Home Loan Due Date (as extended) for said Home).

Examples of Home Completion Date in a sentence

  • Construction of each Home shall be fully completed and ready for occupancy not later than the Home Completion Date.

  • Borrower shall secure the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or its equivalent has been issued by the requisite Governmental Authority on or before such Home Completion Date.

  • Borrower shall secure the issuance of a permanent certificate of occupancy or its equivalent by the requisite Governmental Authority on or before such Home Completion Date.
