HoLP means a Head of Legal Practice within the meaning of Paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 11 to the 2007 Act;

HoLP means Heritage Operating, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or the corporate, partnership or limited liability successor thereto. “HOLP Companies” means HOLP and each Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of HOLP, whether now existing or hereafter formed or acquired.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
