Holiday Package definition

Holiday Package means the Cruise whether or not in combination with flight(s) and/or any pre- and/or post-Cruise arrangement for accommodation. It does not include Shore Excursions or shuttle services which do not form part of the inclusive Holiday Package price.
Holiday Package means a care package containing an assortment of ADC-approved items offered for sale by Contractors during the established Sales Schedule timeframes and delivered by Contractors to the Correctional Facilities.
Holiday Package means the variety of holiday, leisure and travel packages arranged from time to time by the tour operator through TTC;

  • The credit note can be applied to the cost of a future Rail Journey or Holiday Package with us.

  • INCLUSIONS Your Booking Confirmation sets out the details of all goods and services that are included in your Rail Journey or Holiday Package, and the class of travel of your booking.

  • As disclosed in the Prospectus, the QZ Framework Agreement provides the flexibility for the Group to, subject to approval from the Audit Committee, enter into the Holiday Package Transactions in the form of annual sales agreements or individual purchase orders based on the Group’s operating conditions, and regulates the Holiday Package Transactions within the boundary of the Listing Rules.

  • Your Rail Journey or Holiday Package could be cancelled under one of the following three circumstances: (1) A cancellation arising from your actions, through no fault of JBRE – see ‘Guest Cancellations’.

  • For the safety and comfort of the Passenger, if the Passenger becomes aware between the date of Booking the Holiday Package and the date of commencement of the Holiday Package that he/she will require special care or assistance as detailed above, the Passenger is asked to inform the Company immediately so that the Company and the Carrier can make an informed assessment whether or not the Passenger can be carried in a safe or operationally feasible manner.

Related to Holiday Package

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00pm and at or before midnight.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.

  • Day Shift means a shift which commences at or after 6.00 am and before 10.00 am.

  • Shift means the period of scheduled straight-time working hours on a scheduled workday where the hours scheduled are consecutive except for the meal period.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
