Holiday Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.6.

After the Closing, Seller shall not have the right to commence legal actions or proceedings, or take any other action, to collect Uncollected Rents owed to Seller by any current Resident, provided that (a) Holiday Manager shall have the right to send bills in the ordinary course of business to current Residents for Uncollected Rents and (b) Seller shall have the right to collect Uncollected Rents with respect to any former Resident.
