Holdrooms definition

Holdrooms means the gate seating areas currently situated in the Airport Terminal Building, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be modified or expanded or constructed by Authority within or as part of the Terminal Building for use by Airline and the other Airlines for their Joint Use.
Holdrooms means the A-Gates Holdroom and the B-Gates Holdroom currently situated in the Airport Terminal Building, as depicted on Attachment B., as they now exist or as they may hereafter be modified or expanded, any holdroom or holdrooms provided in replacement thereof, and any new holdroom or holdrooms hereinafter constructed by Authority within or as part of the Terminal Building.

  • Airline's share shall be calculated as follows: Airline's percentage of the total Enplaned Passengers among all the Air Carriers using said Non-Preferential Ground Load Holdrooms, multiplied by the product of the amount of holdroom space and the holdroom rate, as calculated in accordance with Section 19.

  • Rent for Non-Preferential Ground Load Holdrooms is subject to adjustment as provided in Section 20.3. In order to allow the Port to calculate Airline's share, Airline shall provide the Port with its use information, in accordance with Section 18.21 and Section 18.23.

  • LAWA may also terminate the Common Use Holdroom Caps on or after July 1, 2024 if LAWA provides an alternative limitation on costs for high-volume users of Common Use Holdrooms, as determined in LAWA’s reasonable discretion.

  • Airlines may provide food and beverages in Holdrooms during delays of over two hours, regardless of the cause of the delay.

  • In the event that the Requesting Airline is willing to become a Signatory Airline, AUTHORITY may terminate this Agreement with respect to and delete from AIRLINE's Preferential Use Premises such Passenger Holdrooms, associated Assigned Apron and support space as specified by the AUTHORITY.

  • In the event that the Requesting Airline is not willing to become a Signatory Airline, Requesting Airline shall be required to sublease front AIRLINE such specified Passenger Holdrooms and associated Assigned Aprons and associated support space provided by AIRLINE for Requesting Airline's use.

  • City will distribute the aggregate Airline Terminal Revenue Requirement calculated in accordance with Section 9.03.1 into three cost assignment groups: Group A (Ticket Counters, Holdrooms, Skycap Positions and VIP Lounges), Group B (Baggage Claim and Other Offices), and Group C (Baggage Make-up, Operations and Storage).

  • An effort will be made to accommodate air carriers with Preferential Use Boarding Facilities at Common-Use Gate Holdrooms on the same concourse.

  • Type of Space Basis of Use Gates and Holdrooms as illustrated on Exhibits H Preferential Use Space and I.

  • Airline agrees to obtain such space in one or more of the following manners: (a) leasing from the Port or through a sublease, a use agreement, or a handling agreement with another Signatory Airline, as provided in Section 33; or (b) leasing from the Port long term or Month-to-Month Space, Exclusive Space, Preferential Space, Shared Space, Common Use Space, or Non-Preferential Ground Load Holdrooms with associated Aircraft Aprons.

Related to Holdrooms

  • Bedroom means a habitable room larger than seven square metres, including a den, study, or other similar area, but does not include a living room, dining room or kitchen;

  • Passenger compartment means the space for occupant accommodation, bounded by the roof, floor, side walls, doors, outside glazing and front bulkhead and the plane of the rear compartment bulkhead or the plane of the rear-seat back support.

  • Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.

  • Compartment means a part of the EU guarantee defined in terms of the origin of the resources backing it;

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.
