Holdings Business definition

Holdings Business means the businesses and operations of Holdings and its Subsidiaries, including any Assets used in connection therewith.
Holdings Business means the business and operations conducted by Holdings and the Holdings Affiliates, including the Lumentum Business, as such business and operations will continue after the Distribution Date.
Holdings Business is defined in Section 7.2.1.
