Holding Location definition
Holding Location means the Federal-Mogul headquarters, or such other specified location within the Territory.

The Transferor shall provide the Material to the Transferee for the Purpose on the terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement; The Transferee agrees that it shall: only use the Material at the Holding Location or as otherwise agreed between the parties in writing; and hold, use and dispose of the Material according to all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, codes of practice or the like, where rights of access by third parties are restricted.
