Holder Amount definition

Holder Amount means as of any date, the aggregate amount of Holder Advances made by each Holder to the Trust Estate pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and Section 3.1 of the Trust Agreement less any payments of any Holder Advances received by the Holders pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Trust Agreement.
