Hold over Work definition

Hold over Work means work hours which extend beyond the scheduled end of the employee's workday, where the employee has not left the job site/work location and continues working after their regular work schedule. For employees in the titles of Line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Troubleman, Journeyman Lineman, Journeyman Apprentice and Utilities Locator, hold- over work shall be offered based upon highest call-out overtime hours for the previous six (6) month period.

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.
