Hold Mail definition

Hold Mail means the Company’s service of holding mail for a Customer.
Hold Mail means retaining all or selected statements related to the account(s) of a private banking customer with the bank until such time the customer arranges for the collection of the mail;
Hold Mail instruction means a current instruction by the Account Holder, or an agent of the Account Holder, to keep the Account Holder’s mail until such instruction is amended.

  • You further acknowledge and agree that the Hold Mail Service shall not apply to any notice of demand from us.

  • Helm is authorized and directed to mail for each Account (except Time Deposits), to your last known address and at the close of each accounting period for the particular Account (as determined by Helm from time to time), a statement pertaining to the Account activity for the preceding accounting period, unless ▇▇▇▇ is directed by you in writing to place the Account subject to a Hold Mail arrangement (see Paragraph 38) or E-Statement arrangement (see Paragraph 29).

  • The Client accepts all consequences of and risks associated with the Hold Mail Service, including, without limitation, risks of delay, error, fraud or forgery.

  • Subject to Clause B3 (Hold Mail) above and changes of interest rates referred to in sub- clauses C5.1 and C6.1, you will be given reasonable notice by post of any change of the terms of this Agreement before such change is implemented.

  • You shall not be relieved of this obligation by reason of the fact that the Statement/Confirmation and accompanying documentation have been placed on Hold Mail; Customer being under an affirmative obligation to retrieve such Statement/Confirmation and accompanying documentation at the Helm Office on the date that the Statement/ Confirmation and documentation are customarily sent or made available, and to review them within the twenty (20) calendar day period specified above.

  • Verified mail means any method of mailing that is offered by

  • First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt. "Direct mail" includes tangible personal property supplied directly or indirectly by the purchaser to the direct mail seller for inclusion in the package containing the printed material. "Direct mail" does not include multiple items of printed material delivered to a single address.
