HNCL Material definition

HNCL Material means any Material provided to the Contractor by the HNCL, including the Material (if any) specified in Item 9 of the Schedule.

Examples of HNCL Material in a sentence

  • The licence granted under this clause 9.2(2) does not allow the Contractor to distribute or exploit the HNCL Material or the Contract Material unless HNCL agrees in writing.

  • This clause 9.1 does not affect the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in any HNCL Material or Contractor Material.

Related to HNCL Material

  • Fill material means material deposited in accordance with these specifications from any of the classes specified in order to build up an earthworks construction to formation level as shown on the Drawings or as ordered by the Project Manager. The Contractor shall obtain the fill material from a source approved by the Project Manager.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Original Material The description of the Material being transferred is specified in Annex 1 of this SMTA.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.
