HNC definition

HNC means Harleysville National Corporation, as defined previously and any successor to its respective businesses and/or assets as aforesaid which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise.
HNC means a qualification as set out in Schedule 1 and or Schedule 2 validated by Institution of at least 120 credits (one credit equalling ten notional learning hours) at level 4, which uses the Pearson IP and is offered under the Pearson Qualification title and Higher National Certificate Trade Xxxx. The HNC is designed to provide an assessed certification by Institution after one year of full time study or equivalent period of part time study of an undergraduate Programme which will allow students to progress onto employment or onto further learning. It is not regulated by Ofqual.
HNC means HNC Software Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and assigns.

Examples of HNC in a sentence

  • The HNC or HNV determined under item (i) or (ii) may be modified on a site-specific basis to reflect local conditions in accordance with section 16 of this rule.
