  • Practice and each Participating Physician agrees to actively participate in HMHP’s clinical quality improvement program and utilization management program, including the development and implementation of Policies and Procedures developed by the Quality Committee (“Quality Committee”), with the involvement and feedback of Participating Physicians and other HMHP Providers, and adopted by the Board.
