  • In exchange for the licenses, funding for the web-enablement of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Health Engine, and other activities under this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will pay Microsoft forty percent (40%) of all HM Revenue (or fifty percent (50%) if applicable under Section 3.2(b)) derived from mobile device connections to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Health Engine or revenue from the HM System.
