HM  PLANT(S) means INNER MONGOLIA PROJECT and any additional plant using the CCTI TECHNOLOGIES and PATENT RIGHTS licensed hereunder. “华民工厂”指内蒙古项目及使用本协议许可的专利权和CCTI专有技术所建设的 任何其他工厂。
