HKMB means Hong Kong Metropolitan Bus Limited ( 香港都會巴士有限公司 ), a company incorporated in Hong Kong “holding company” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong)
