  • In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.

Related to HKBN

  • HKEx means Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited;

  • HKMA means the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.

  • HK$ Hong Kong dollars, the lawful currency of Hong Kong;

  • HKICL means Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited and its successors and assigns.

  • HKSCC means Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited;

  • HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • BVI means the British Virgin Islands.
