HK$ Equivalent definition

HK$ Equivalent of any amount denominated in US$ means the HK$ equivalent of such amount at the US$/HK$ Exchange Rate on the Listing Date.
HK$ Equivalent means the amount of Hong Kong dollars that can be purchased with US dollars, Renminbi or any Alternative Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent, in its discretion, by reference to foreign exchange markets on any relevant date for value on any date in respect of which that "HK$ Equivalent" is to be determined.
HK$ Equivalent in respect of an amount in RMB, means 103% of the HK$ equivalent of such RMB amount determined with reference to the mid-point of the exchange rate for converting HK$1 to RMB as published on the website of the People’s Bank of China (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) on the Business Day immediately preceding the relevant payment date
