Hitched Trailer definition
Hitched Trailer. – means a Trailer as defined in this By-law, that is hitched to a licensed and plated Motor Vehicle appropriate for the towing of the attached Trailer and its’ intended contents (e.g. boat), attached (By-law 16-079)
