Historic Information definition

Historic Information means the following information that has been disclosed to the Ad Hoc Group Advisors and the Bilateral Bank Advisors:
Historic Information means the information disclosed in the virtual dataroom that has been made available to the Committee Advisers, as referenced in the dataroom index in Schedule 4 (Data Room Index).

  • BHB reserves all rights to suspend or terminate the right of Licensee to distribute Information, or any third party to receive Information, where the use of Historic Information obtained from Licensee’s Service does not comply with the display requirements of this Agreement.

  • If Licensee already has a Market Coverage License or TV Ticker License, Licensee is only required to pay BHD 2,000 for ‘the Historic Information Distribution License Fee.

  • Historic Information either created by Licensee’s Group or retrieved from ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may be used without reporting obligations or restriction on further redistribution of Information, subject to the terms of this Agreement applicable to display of Information and, where applicable, to payment of the License Fee for the Historic Data Information Product as specified in ▇▇▇ Appendix 2.

  • Fee covers the right to distribute Historic Information and covers access to BHB’s End-of-Day Database Information Product.

  • If FINRA so elects, Vendor shall assign and shall ensure that all of its, agents assign, all right, title and interest in and to any suit, including its subject matter, of or concerning the Enhanced Historic Information and Data or which otherwise arises out of or is related to this Agreement, to FINRA.

  • Vendor shall not, by act or omission, diminish or impair the acquisition, maintenance, and full enjoyment by FINRA, its licensees, transferees and assignees, of the property rights of FINRA in the Enhanced Historic Information and Data and the System.

  • Vendor shall not provide the Enhanced Historic Information and Data to any individual or entity for retransmission or redistribution by such individual or entity.

  • Authorized Use shall be limited to accessing, receiving, using, processing, manipulating, storing, transmitting and disseminating the Enhanced Historic Information and Data through Vendor’s Service.

  • Vendor remains liable to FINRA for (i) any breach of this Agreement resulting from the actions/inaction of Clients to whom it provides Bulk Distribution of the Enhanced Historic Information and Data and (ii) Internal Users for Internal Use.

  • All Enhanced Historic Information and Data, including without limitation any and all intellectual property rights inherent therein or appurtenant thereto, shall, as between the parties, be and remain the sole and exclusive property of FINRA.

Related to Historic Information

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Public Information means information that:

  • Non-Public Information means information which has not been disseminated in a manner making it available to investors generally, within the meaning of Regulation FD.

  • Genetic information means, with respect to any individual, information about such individual’s genetic tests, the genetic tests of family members of such individual, and the manifestation of a disease or disorder in family members of such individual. Such term includes, with respect to any individual, any request for, or receipt of, genetic services, or participation in clinical research which includes genetic services, by such individual or any family member of such individual. Any reference to genetic information concerning an individual or family member of an individual who is a pregnant woman, includes genetic information of any fetus carried by such pregnant woman, or with respect to an individual or family member utilizing reproductive technology, includes genetic information of any embryo legally held by an individual or family member. The term “genetic information” does not include information about the sex or age of any individual.

  • Nonpublic Information means information which has not been disseminated in a manner making it available to investors generally, within the meaning of Regulation FD.
