Historic architect definition

Historic architect means any individual licensed by the State of California to practice architecture pursuant to the State of California Business and Professions Code, Chapter 3, Section 5500.1. For the purposes of this Chapter, an historic architect shall also be an individual who has demonstrated experience in historic preservation and who is familiar with historic structures and archaic building materials.
