Subscriber will not make its user ID, password, the HIS Database, or HIS System available to any third party, including without limitation, affiliates, franchisors, and subsidiaries, unless expressly authorized to do so under this Agreement or the HIS Policies.
MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.
Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.
▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.
