The HEALTH PLAN must notify a PARTICIPANT at least 60 days prior to loss of eligibility for COBRA coverage and will also notify the PARTICIPANT of other available options, including the availability of conversion coverage and HIRSP.
ESP means the Company’s Executive Savings Plan.
ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.
Savings Plan or "plans" means a plan that provides different investment strategies and allows account distributions for qualified higher education expenses.
Individualized family service plan means the written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child's family.
Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.
