You agree that on and from the Commencement Date, you assign to Hireup all existing and future Intellectual Property Rights in all inventions, models, designs, drawings, plans, software, reports, proposals and other materials created or generated by you using resources of the Hireup Group, which relate to or are used in the business of Hireup or any member of the Hireup Group.
You must not make any statement, either written or oral, or otherwise represent that you act or speak on behalf of Hireup or the Hireup Group without the prior written approval of Hireup.
In performing your duties, we expect you to act in the interests of Hireup and any related entities that form part of the Hireup corporate group (Hireup Group), and to meet the expected standards of behaviour set out in the Code of Conduct.
