The terms of this Agreement can only be altered in writing signed by both you and Hireup.
Hireup will give you written notice of any such transfer or assignment.
You must immediately notify Hireup of any suspected or actual breach or unauthorised use, copying or disclosure of Confidential Information.
Hireup owns all the material which appears on the Platform, however created or generated, including any Intellectual Property Rights.
