Hired Workers definition

Hired Workers has the definition set forth in Section 3.6.2.

Examples of Hired Workers in a sentence

  • Seller shall be exclusively responsible for complying with COBRA with respect to all Business Workers (including both the Hired Workers and the Excluded Workers) and former employees, and their qualified beneficiaries, including by reason of any such Business Workers’ termination of employment by or on behalf of Seller.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon any Business Workers any right with respect to continuance of employment by or on behalf of Purchaser or its Affiliates, nor shall anything herein interfere with the right of Purchaser to terminate the employment of any of the Hired Workers at any time, with or without cause.

  • Purchaser shall not have access to personnel records of Seller relating to individual performance or evaluation records, medical histories or other information that Seller may not disclose under applicable Law provided, however, that, if Seller withholds such information, it will identify to Purchaser that it has done so; and, provided, further, that Seller shall provide Purchaser with personnel information to the extent reasonably requested and necessary to transition the Hired Workers.
