In the event of any accident, you must complete the accident book (which is located with first aid kit situated in the Hired Space) and notify the PCC or its authorised agent (in each case) as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Hired Space is safe for the purpose for which you intend to use it and you must conduct an appropriate risk assessment and mitigate any perceived risks.
The PCC may charge you for repairing any damage or replacing (on a "new for old" basis) any damaged furniture, fabric or contents, which you report or which it later discovers and which is reasonably attributable to your use of the Hired Space.
The PCC neither warrants nor represents that the Hired Space is suitable for your intended use.
