Hired Accommodation definition
Hired Accommodation means that part of Union Mills Football Club which is listed in the schedule of the Agreement between the Club and the Hirer.
Hired Accommodation means residential accommodation hired on lease by CAA.

The Hirer shall not assign or sub-let the Hired Accommodation, or any part thereof, without written consent from the forum and should the Hirer do so or attempt to do so, the forum shall be entitled to cancel the Hire Agreement and provisions under clause 8 shall apply.
