Hire Payments definition

Hire Payments means the payment(s) made by or on behalf of the Customer for the Hire of the Equipment and as set out in the Order;
Hire Payments means all hire payments and other amounts equivalent to a hire payment payable by or on behalf of a Charterer under a Charter.

Examples of Hire Payments in a sentence

  • These will amount to a sum equal to the sum of all Hire Payments which would, if this Hire Agreement had not been terminated become due for payment under this Hire Agreement, from the date employment was terminated to the end of the Fixed Period of Hire.

  • A discount off this sum will be offered for accelerated payment calculated at the rate of 5% on each Hire Payment from the date of termination to the dates on which the Hire Payments would have become payable if Employment had not been terminated.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any such repair and/or maintenance is not covered by the Hire Payments.

  • You will be expected to pay us a termination fee equal to any outstanding Hire Payments.

  • The Parties further agree and acknowledge that such Final Hire Payments constitute the final payments due by Buyer under the Excellence Charter and Excelsior Charter, respectively, and no further payments are due or owing, or will become due or owning, notwithstanding the Closing Date may be on or after April 1, 2022.

  • Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.

  • Passthru payments means any withholdable payment and any "foreign passthru payment," which is currently not defined. The current proposed FATCA regulations (“Proposed Regulations”) state that the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Treasury have determined, that withholding on “foreign passthru payments” is not required, pending further guidance and analysis. The Proposed Regulations provide that such withholding will not be effective before the date that is two years after the publication of final regulations defining the term “foreign pass-thru payment”.

  • Service Payment has the meaning given to it in clause 9.1;

  • Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12.1.
