Included with any invoice must be any evidence of the amount claimed which may be reasonably required by Select and the Select Plant Hire Order number.

H6.1 Hire charges shall be paid in advance as stated on the Hire Order and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
In placing this Demonstrator Vehicle Hire Order, I /We confirm that I/We have read and agree to be bound by all of the foregoing.
Upon completion of a Hire Order this provision shall remain in force and shall cease to be effective after a period of six months from a further Hire Order being placed with the Company.
Where the Hirer has issued the Company with a Hire Order to make ready Equipment and or personnel for that Hire Order and the Hirer, before mobilisation of the Equipment cancels that Hire Order, the Hirer will be liable for the full Hire Charge except to the extent that the Company is in a position to arrange to re-hire the Equipment during the scheduled Hire Period.
