• Ensure you supply the name, address and contact information for replacement parts as well as local support for local HIPL Plant use.

• In the event a Recall Action is initiated or directed by HIPL, vendor agrees to fully cooperate and take all such steps as are reasonably requested to implement the Recall Action in a timely and complete manner.
