For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall oblige any Bank to take (or omit from taking) any action where such Bank believes that taking such action (or failing to take such action) would likely result in a breach of its legal or regulatory responsibilities, duties or obligations (including, without limitation, any obligations it may have to the FCA).
